Shop will include Tasting bar and bottle sales of various wineries.
Quite expensive ( especially in Cali or NY).
You will need several licences to begin with( including on site drinking and whole bottle sales).
The insurance is high.
Cost of the build out Etc etc.
Contact the SLA ( State Liquor Authority) and they will tell you exactly what licenses you need and an the cost).
Also keep mind that it’s a very competitive business.
We did something in Florida a few years back that was quite lucrative. It was similar to your concept but much more profitable.
